Because Witte stopped playing GW he asked someone else to create a new one (Just like he did for Hyro). Heres some for the ranger section.
Melandru Ascendeds Builds/Videos R/Mo Dragon moss solo HM R/N Dead Bow Farming HM R/x Uw Ranger R/W Spider Cave Solo And more. Arashis Builds/Videos Many many builds that all work (of course all made before Mr Loot Scale came) So pick out what you feel like. The Boss solos work of course. R/E Kappa farm works still and in HM. More up to date builds will come from him soon. Im sure you will find them when they come. Hope them linkys help.
